In a spin

Buy this back issue.

Some knitters of my acquaintance turn away from spinning—tempt me not! they say, as if there were a forbidden apple involved somehow. But spinning is knowledge! (And more than that, it's also a bit of fun.)

Spinning can help you learn more about knitting and yarn, or it can be just another way to have some fun with fibre--it's totally up to you. This issue looks specifically at the hand spindle as a cheap & cheerful means of making gorgeous yarn, whether you're completely new to spinning or an expert looking for a new angle on a favourite craft.

Issue 6

There's lots to read, plenty to knit and crochet, and loads of lovely pictures to ogle in our biggest issue yet!
